Hi mate, it's a sterling top. Those hallmarks are English but not clear enough in the photo to tell you thevdata.

The anchor = Birmingham.
The lion is the lion passant indicating sterling.
That 'd' is an indicator of the year when assayed.
Note the little scrolling underneath the box it is in.
