Slave-to-g…
(23 items)
This lovely little 16.5cm vase grabbed me from the start. Glows vibrantly even in the daylight. The enamel work is very well done. Unmarked so any suggestions would be welcome on origin. Either way it had so much appeal for me I couldn't pass it up. I haven't found anything similar to compare with at this stage.

Thanks mustangtony :)
what does the bottom look like?
Great enamel work, what a work of art!
Thanks jericho, manddmoir.
Rim pic swapped for base pic.
Stylistically, I still think it's likely to be Harrach. :) That style of enameling always makes me think of Legras as well but I can't recall ever seeing an annagelb type glass with crackle from them. That type of thing was very typical of Harrach, Riedel and Moser (with Harrach glass) in the late 1800's.
Thanks. I'll use those references to keep looking for a comparison. It can't be the only one like it I'm sure.
Thanks Mac63 :)

... won't ask how you did that ....
Me either lol. I guess if you remove something, it doesn't always stay removed. Steve I had sent a msg via someone to show you the pics. I'm guessing you bought the one recently listed. Can you let me know if they are the same mount etc?
You're welcome Steve.
I saw them on google images, looking for another piece I think is Chine.
Can you post a link for the one you mentioned s2g?
Put the Lavender back up and posted the link there.
Thanks Phil, Marty, MacArt :)
I like the crackle effect and that looks like a hot once.
