Got it from my dad. Always had it. He was born in 1936, so it must be from that time. I believe it's in perfect working order, just hasn't been used in 50 years or so. I have at least 5 or so more pictures.

Why don't you remove one of the photos of the lens, and post a front shot of the whole camera. I can't really see what it looks like.
According to the serial number in pic one it appears you have a Nikkormat FT which entered production in 1965. Here's a link which might help with info.

Or actually after further investigation perhaps it might be a Nikkormat FTN(this is probably it).I will send the link that lists the serial number series which matches.
