I received this 20 years ago when a family member went to Ecuador .
Ecuador Wood carved Peasant Man using Andean Walnut . The carving and detail is amazing . They are noted for carving lots of religious figures in area . He is 15 inches tall and quite heavy . I assume he is a peasant or a farmer on way to market ?
