I am not sure who made this piece. Pretty sure from the styling it's bohemian. It's stylistically like a few manufacturers I think. This piece goes light purple/green/pinkyorange. (the last color is really really vibrant and bright. More so than the other two but it's really hard to get on camera. It's much better than my photos. This is a really hard piece to photograph. The glass itself seems to be very high quality.
The first two color changes are due to a rare earth element. I am not sure if this is properly neodymium or something else and the orangy pink is due to Selenium. The base is polished flat and the back side is decorated with stars and stylized clouds. the decoration appears to all be hand done.
