Good Day,
I picked this at a local auction in Glen Rock PA for $15 dollars. My Wife and I have just began experimenting with picking. I do the picking and she is incharge of all the postings and sales.
This piece has functional beaters that are powered by a friction mechanism. No batteries required, just squeeze the handles!
It was made in Japan by the "Alps" toy company and is labeled "Junior Mixer". Probably from the late 1040's or early 1950's. It's 6 1/2" high and 5 1/2" wide.
This children's toy stand mixer is in good condition and still works! The decals and paint are in good condition, the inside of the bowl has some wear.
