I bought this at an antiques centre some years ago. The design is by Christopher Dresser, so probably circa 1870s-80s. Dr. Dresser designed goods for several companies, so manufacturer is unknown. As delicate as it looks.

So this one is a Dresser design?
Mine has the dimples, I think.
