1-3/8" square rouge pot marked Kronk or Krank. Wonderful double face on mirror-like silver cover (sorry hard to take pictures) This is a very nice item with extra details: latch hinge closure and beautiful inset mirror. The black back has a concentric wave pattern. Inside - rouge was never used.
Picture 2 shows some brown along cover lid face and I thought that was oxidation. I bought this for a few dollars. I shined it up w/simichrome (picture 1) and the brown all went away. Maybe it's sterling? Or at least stainless? Any info is appreciated.
I tried to find Kronk or Krank online and in my research books but I didn't find anything.
