Loetz Lavender Chine in a gorgeous mount. Not a very large vase, but still manages to dominate the view anyway. Still unsure what the meanings of the markings are on the legs. Put back up as per request :)

.... the other (linked) one is perhaps a stretch for Loetz .... but I did want to have a look .... so went in blind ... :-)
I will search the legs carefully for you ... but would be thinking a few years earlier .... certainly not a perfect match ... did you ever find a patten number for your Chine ?
No, I don't actually have many books to research it. I rely on more knowledgeable collectors. I went in very blind when I bought it. With fingers and toes crossed...:)
What were your dimensions - the pink one is quoted as 12" tall - not sure if this is with or without the mount .... does look like a reasonable match ...

Legs are not marked on the new arrival. Has remnants of a glossy gold number on the base but is not legible with loupe ... so it is just sitting here looking nice ....
