Here is another Bohemian or Czech Export glass vase. It measures 9" tall and shows a yellow, oxblood red, and white spatter glass decor.
Vase is made of cased glass or multiple layers of colored and clear glass. At first glance it could be said that it is lined in yellow, but if you look closer you will see a paper thin layer of clear on the inside. The casing layers on this one are clear, then yellow, then the thin color layer is added. The outer casing is a thick clear glossy layer which gives great depth to the coloring.
This decor was represented on the 1895 Hosch Catalog page provided above. Please see figure 7352.
Through empirical research is it currently possible to link the vase above to two or more manufacturers. I believe this vase is Ruckl but true maker is unknown.
