This candle lamp or vase is made of cased glass. Vase has a raised ribbed pattern and rests upon leaf shaped feet of applied glass.
This shape was shown in the 1895 Hosch catalog page above as Figure 7347. Figure 7348 shows this yellow and white variegated tango decor. Other shapes on the catalog page show similar traits, many with applied decorations.
