Here there are two different hats. Pictures one and two are the same hat, and the last picture is the third. I believe there is a piece missing from the first one...something that looks like wings with a red dot in the middle, I have it, but it fell off. If anyone needs to see detail please let me know I will make another post. THanks!

On the fourth hat, those aren't wings but oak leaves. The military guys will know what ranks or levels were associated with the oak leaf. My recollection is that officers of a certain rank - a higher rank - were entitled to wear this insigna, but believe me, I am really ignorant about these things! Someone else will have to help here! In the following link, you'll find the insignia that appears in your fourth photo. Look under "Peaked cap".

The Nazis had such beautiful uniforms! It is shocking to see how aesthetically refined they are, and masculine. All this in the service of an evil empire....
