This doll was brought to my Mom when she was a little girl from her brother when he went over seas in the Military. She has straw on the inside and I know she is in rough shape. Can anyone tell me from where she came? I am thinking Germany?

I love these dolls. They are what collecors call Lenci look alikes. Leni's are stamped on their foot. This to me looks like a Nora Wellings, every bit as collectable, but there are many out there.
