    A lovely Old Mickey Mouse from the 1930's 1940's ?? I think.
I found it at the dump with some other toys. He's had his Shoulder redone and his ears are abit damage. Still looking pretty good :)

Great save from dump !! He looks like 1930's and I believe he is a Knickerbocker made Mickey Mouse doll 1930's. Could be a Charlotte Clark but missing some of her characteristics on Mickey.

It appears old,it's not either of the 1930's Knickerbockers though. They would have a painted lips and mouth, also a rubber tail. Manikin is the doll expert, I'll agree with possible Clark . Still very neat Mickey, sorry not any more help than that. Thanks for sharing

I agree with kerry as the Mickey is missing characteristics of knickerbocker and Clark also . So I am on fence with maker . He is old and needs a Doctor but is so worth saving !

I've asked my father who is a living encyclopediia on early Disneyana - We can confirm that this is neither a Knickerbocker or a Charlotte Clark, but rather/possibly an Australian/English produced doll from the mid-1930s. They were made in a number of different sizes, though Dad couldn't remember the makers name. He did say that the majority of ones he'd seen were in Australia (there is a doll that looks almost identical to this one in the Alan Carter Antiques & Collectibles 2007 Price Guide - 20cm tall).
      Great piece! Thanks for sharing!
