This is a Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Mechanical Pencil. I would like to know when this was made since it is marked made in West Germany. I would like to know if this pencil pattern is unique since the pattern on the cap is different than the barrel. I would also like to know if it had a pen that was a pair to it. I have not been able to find a similar design. This pencil still has leads and writes very well. Any and all information on its history would be appreciated.
