Here is some literature on 3-handle pieces....(notice I have not used the Ausfuhrung number)
1. These are line drawings from Loetz that show loop handles, many never seen line drawings were part of a big tango exhibit in the Czech republic last year.
2. Carl Hosch Catalog with 8 different 3-handle shapes. You can see the three keystone shapes at the top of the image. Although they are all on the same page they may not all be Loetz; they gathered (or commissioned) blanks from many glass houses so it is possible they used more than one producer of tango and 3-handle pieces.
3. Another line drawing from the Tango exhibition. Shape variation here...http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/83848-loetz-3-handle-shape-8--bullet-shape?in=user
4. My inspiration, the Wes Neblake "Powolny" 3-handle shape and color chart. My shapes and color chart will be different than what you see...there are shapes that I believe do not belong as well as shapes (and colors) that are missing. I bow in respect for his effort and generosity, he has a big collection of these pieces.

So you have line drawings from the Tango exhibition? Can I ask where they came from?
As an aside it strikes me that this recent posting might also be seen as a three hanldle Tango piece deconstructed and re-worked:

it is a crazy looking thing i admit...
It was the Tango SKLO exhibit in Teplice, Czech Republic. link to vid you showed me-- http://multimedia.ctk.cz/cs/video/document/6383477/regionalni-muzeum-teplice-predstavuje-tango-sklo
--look at the vid at :14 for a bolek covered dish with a folk enamel decor (he would have been so angry with this decor) at 1:26 there is a cabinet of welz glass (if you have a hard time believing they exist...also plenty of Ruckl
here are the wall pics-- http://rover.rajce.idnes.cz/Tango_sklo/#38_Johanna_Lotze_vdova,_Klastersky_Mlyn.jpg
