I bought this locket some months ago on the internet. Its a late victorian 14K puffed heart locket. It looks more dirty than it is in real life. It misses one small ruby but I think thats part of its charm and you hardly notice it when you don't know it.
The necklace is an 18K inheritance. It belonged to my grandmother. Thats why it got a repair when it was broken.
Its nothing special, but I love lockets, and I love jewelry with a history thats why I wanted to share this little fellow with you.

Very sweet - you're the right "next" owner of this locket and your grandmother's chain. I bet your little ones will cherish it when you pass it on.
