Bought this for under a hundred bucks. The woman thought she got a lot of money for it too! We were both happy, so its a win-win! Turn of the century, maybe 1910-20, over a carat, old mine cuts. No marks at all though, so it must be American. Good thing I don't have a girlfriend to give this to, I like it too much
