Lovely 1920's glass perfume bottle marked Marquis Paris
Marquis of Paris was active in the 1920's and produced toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics as well as producing such items for other perfumers and under their own name - primarily for export:
1920 Chypre
1923 Niradjah
I don't have many perfume bottles. This one is my favorite. Any comments appreciated.

I bet my bippy it is Czech Deco. I have a shaker in black with a red top that could be your perfume's twin in terms of color combination.
Thanks - I think it is too. The perfume co probably bought them from a Czech mfg. Do you have a picture of the shaker? Was it a powder bottle? Would love to see it.

Marquis of Paris, established by Remy Marquis, active during the 1920s and produced toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics, as well as producing such items for other perfumers for use under their own name, primarily for export. Marquis was ressurrected in around 1999.
