Love this art deco face powder box. Writing on back states:
"Midnight Face Powder" A triumph of modern chemistry and the perfumers art! (Especially prepared so that it permits the evaporation of moisture and thus prevents shine). Midnight face powder adheres and spreads as evenly as a face cream. It is made of the finest and purest ingredients. Contains no bismuth, lead, mercury or any poisonous substances. Recommended by many prominent physicians, skin specialists, and masseurs. Midnight Face Powder produces a trasparent radiance, the charm of a youthful complexion."

A beautiful Deco box! The triangular shape is different and practical.
Thank you Vetraio50 and Bellin68 - it is a great find - mostly because it's cardboard and might not have survived. Someone before me loved it too.
Thank you everyone for loving this little treasure.
