This watch fob belonged to my grandfather (1876-1969). He worked for the B&A Railroad (1891-1946). I am trying to find out what organization this fob belongs to. It seem to be Masonic. I can find similar looking fobs but not this one. Can anyone help me identify the organization.

This is from the Knights Templar. I've got a similar one in my scrap gold pile, that one probably is gold too. They're not marked for some reason, so you'll have to cut into it if you want to find out for sure.
