My Valentine's Day present arrived today.. A STUNNING AND MONUMENTAL, Rindskopf Hellgrünes Opalglas Circa 1902.. standing at a whopping 14 1/4" inches tall and is 6 1/2" or so wide at base.. it is HUGE!.. i dont know if i should change it's diaper or burp it.. or when is feeding time??.. yes it's as big as a baby!.. lmbo...im going to have to build another house to put it in :) i new of it's dimensions, but when it arrives and actually seeing it in person is very shocking at just how BIG it is ..oh my gosh!!.. it has a repair to the third peak.. oh well,.. if i were as old as this vase i would have lost all three of my peaks ;) .. i am beside myself.. pure joy

Wow! You were really good to yourself for Valentines day. I would love to see what Bdays and Christmas is like for you! :)
I found it,.. my better half paid the bill :) thanks for the love and comment jayhow
Sounds to me like I need to replace my better half! haha!
jay how thats too funny!
You are spoilt czechman! It (the baby) is just gorgeous!! I have said before, what a great partner too!! : )
Sorry, kiddo, but from the last picture it can clearly be seen that the third peak has been ground down. I have a Pepita, same size and shape, with a similar repair, but I just turn it towards the wall.
thanks alfredo for pointing that out and not hitting the love button! perhaps it would have softened the blow of your news.. i knew something was different with the top but couldnt "put my finger on it" and i dont care, it is still absolutely gorgeous, even with the repair..
Glorious!
thank you beyemvey for the wonderfull comment, thanks bkirks, and justanovice for the loves
Sorry! I love it, rim and all. As you know, I also have this one, and its cut off version.
I have one of these also. The iridescence is stunning !!!
