It is easy to take for granted things we use every day. Your post of silverware reminded me of that. Here's my mama's set of "everyday silveware,(same as yours). First a place setting and then the serving pieces. I always thought it unusual that this set had soup spoons but no "table spoons"

WoW, Bright & shinging clean...! Yup the same set. It says here in the price list that U only get 2 table spoons in a set of 8!! whats up with that....! but U get 16 tea spoons in the same set... Total in a set of eight 52 pieces! Hmmm, they drank alot tea back then..... BTW, when is dinner? Haaaaaahaaaa......
