THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. I INITIALLY ATTRIBUTED IT TO LOETZ, BECAUSE OF THE " OZON" BLUE MURRINES, BUT WAS SOON OVERWHELMED BY A DELUGE OF PUNDITS CORRECTING MY MISATTRIBUTION. HOWEVER, THEY WERE ALSO OVERWHELMINGLY IN FAVOR OF IT CALLING ITALIAN. . . . NO WAY.
IN TERMS OF PRODUCTION OR PROCESS, THE VASE HAS A LOT GOING FOR A 4.5" TALL PIECE: A VERY LIGHT WHITE INNER LINING, COVERED IN BROWN AVENTURINE, BLUE MURRINES, A CLEAR CASING . AND ON TOP, A GOLD ENAMEL GARLAND.
NO WAY ITALIAN. CZECH. KRALIK, IF NOT LOETZ, THOUGH I AM NOT AT ALL SURE MY INITIAL ID WAS INCORRECT . . . .

that is a stunning piece. I'd like to put forth a third candidate. Riedel. that shape, the brown adventurine and that enamelling.. crazy elements like murrine... all are typical for Riedel.
They also did some Titania styled glass, different enough that you're not going to mistake it but very similar.
I'd love it if it were Riedel!
Amazingly, I have been revising my posts, but as I got to this one I happened to have my Riedel in front of me.And sure enough: the resemblance is unmistakable!
