I think I would call this a figurine but I am not sure
My pops says its really old
But I haven't been able to find a SHRED of information on this item
Ok I investigated a bit and it says in French "cardigan stick 'cow' says Canadian". Pretty sure this used to be an advertising figurine in France for a clothing store. There's a French brand called chipie.
