This is one of several i bought. i have different sizes, but this is my favorite - 6" square. they make great stands for sculptures and found objects. I am wondering whether they have any value and should i go buy the rest of them?

Any clue as to what they are?
      Where did they come from?
What are the range of sizes?
I wonder what the screws are for.
How much do they want for the rest?

maybe the screws are to assemble them?

the largest ones don't have screws or dovetails but they are still nice.

i don't really know, but i think that they were used as building blocks in a dentist's or doctor's office - for kids. i seem to remember some just like it in my doctor's office when i was a kid.
