Just found this item, not really sure any of the history behind it, Its made of Metal as is the red shade. The light fixture holder says "Eagle" on it. The base appears to be a Red Buoy with what looks like a Circus? Ringmaster inside? Like hes holding a Baton and eye glass. Wearing Top Hat, Coat and Tails. Im wondering if this had some carnvial significance since hes inside a buoy which could have been part of a game, but am really looking to find more info on this! I love it and it works! :)

I think I have seen this before. I thought it was an advertising piece for a liquor company. Something that would sit behind the bar. I am unsure of the company, the gentleman with the cane looks familiar.
Mystic thanks, trying my hand at looking at Alcohol advertising, only came up with Smirnoff having a ringmaster but thats fairly recent. If you get any other info let me know! :) Thanks again for your help
