mystery.. i would like to know the name or make of this clown. ithas no markings on it anywhere that I can see. its made out of hard plastic like and is missing the top of the balloon (red) its on a string with a metal weigh on the bottom to balance it . it goes back and forth as you hold each end of the string. any info is helpful.
