This is a Georgian Ale glass, with barley and hops motif etched on it, a knop in the stem and a folded foot and broken pontil, circa.1750.
If you are looking for early ale glass this almost has it all. I would love one with a winged stem, but I have only seen them in books. The folded foot is where the rim of the foot is folded back on itself to make it stronger. If you see a folded on an English glass, it pretty much guarantees is 18th century, unless its a fake.
