This is what you find on the bottom shelf of GW for $1.49. Mid Century fused art glass signed Higgins. This is a large piece and was desinged to take on a cigar.
If someone knows the pattern name or knows of a guide with their work, I would love to hear from you.

Thanks AR, Eye ..I had no idea other than it was awesome and funky and I had to have it. It was a bonus to find the siggy and the value. Some things I do get to resell..not this, it's a keeper. Florida has to be one of the best places to thrift.
