I just acquired this beautiful, near mint condition 1896 newsletter called The Coca-Cola News. These were first published starting in February of 1896, by Seth Fowle and Sons, of Boston Massachusetts. This one is just the third issue produced. Measures: 6" x 8" and has 4 pages.

Petretti's 10th edition Coca-Cola Price Guide (1997) lists this particular issue at $700. That was 16 years ago. In my 30+ years of collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, this is the first time I've seen one in person and had the opportunity to purchase one. Actually, I have an opportunity to purchase 3 other issues. I just don't have the funds right now. These are extremely rare and will only go up in value, especially since this is in such great condition (No insects will be reading this newsletter, I guarantee it!)

This little newsletter becomes the oldest item in my Coca-Cola collection, followed by my 1898 Coca-Cola calendar.

Thanks for viewing.
