Clock in art deco style, the manufacturer is the Hermle Uhrenmanufaktur, founded in 1922 by Franz Hermle in Gosheim (Germany).
The cabinet is made of wood veneered with a coat of gloss, the dial is made of bakelite with white indexes in gold plastic.
The mechanism is tested Hermle 340-020 still in production (with some improvements), 8-day power and Westminster chime 4/4.
If you notice the mechanism, gears are positioned on the "C clips", which leads dating to the 1950s or even earlier.
