Purchased this metal pedal car at an auction and I am unsure of the manufacturer. Any ideas? The car does have a working flashing light on the front of the hood that uses a 9-volt battery. There is a speaker but I can not get any sound out of it. There are no stamps or stickers anywhere on the car. The side of the car has "DEXLUXE" on it with a bird image.

Murray?
That would be my guess too, but any idea on what type of car this is?
looks like the ones they use to sell at the western auto stores around 71 - 72
Rad is right, Western auto did sell Murray products. Rad you think this was one of items by Murray sold at only Western Auto Stores. I would think its around 1970 or so? Dave
google it, deluxe pedal cars are still being made. shouldn't be to hard to get info on. also they make new ones that look old. be careful.
I just bought a house and found the exact same car in the barn. Did you find out any additional information on this? I've researched Murray and can't find a car like it linked to them. Any help would be great! Thank you.
