This is a Thomas Webb decanter from the 1930s.
This is a well illustrated design in several books, with the coloured foot and stopper it is a classic art deco decanter. There are purple ones too. This one has optic waves similar to Whitefriars wave pattern in vases. Some have a optic scale pattern.
