This is a 3/4" small full color enamel pin,it was my mothers 1926, the type on the top of her hat says "SHE KNOWS HER ONIONS" the only thing I could find is a song by the Happiness Boys by the same title, it is a copper pin and has a small pin closure on back, I would love some information o this, please.

When I first saw this, I thought it was Buster Brown https://www.google.com/search?q=buster+brown&hl=en&rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS503US504&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=kAsyUcqYN7Oz0QGhloGIBw&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAQ&biw=1166&bih=722

But since it says "she", I'm assuming it was a similar advertising character from the 1920s. I'll bet the character was definitely influenced by the popularity of Buster Brown. It will be interesting to see if anyone can figure out who she is.
