So Sean Bellin and I were thrifting together...by text. We kept sending each other pictures of possible purchases. Sean of course wanted me to buy everything (see ugly candle stick post) and told him not to buy a hideous vase he was looking at. (did you buy it?)
Well then I ran into this pepper 1940's shaker. Basically I found me ; ))
Right after that, I saw the WMF Ikora pedestal dish. Naturally Sean was over the moon for it. So cajoling was involved and naturally I got it for my spoiled friend in Wisconsin.
Then I thought that he would make a great pedestal for me!
I also found this really cool metal pencil holder...guessing late 50s. The color is great so I have to sneak into the house somewhere.
