This is a sweet two handled crystal loving cup ,it has an engraved leaf design and the base is a wide pedestal style , a lovely piece!

This is EAPG, made by Central Glass Company ca. 1880s. The company originally only gave the line a number, but collectors call it "Simplicity". It appears to be the sugar bowl missing its lid. Possibly the spooner, but I think the spooner in this pattern has a scalloped edge. Also, the top diameter of the sugar is a bit wider.
references I found show the spooner looks like the sugar, only taller, san a lid. From what I can make out with the angle of these photos it looks like a sugar to me.
Does the top have a ridge , because this piece has a smooth rim like a drinking glass, usually in sugars either the bowl or the top has a ridge to hold it in place and it seems rather tall for a sugar bowl. I would love to find the top if in fact this is a sugar bowl. Thank You both for the info.

The sugar in this pattern has a smooth rim. In the Victorian era, sugar bowls were much larger than now. That had to do with using unrefined sugar, which was less sweet. Some are taller to our modern eyes--depended on the style of the set. Some EAPG sugar bowls have scalloped rims and ledges for a lid to set on, some have flat rims, and the lids have the rim to secure it in place. There's no hard fast rules, because it all depends on the design of the sugar bowl in any given pattern.
