I recently was unpacking some of my stored boxes and remembered I had picked this up at a little antique mall about 6 months ago...I know the patter is related to water lillies...but not sure who made it. Its really beautiful under black light...any help from the vaseline/glass guru's would be much appreciated :)
Cheers,
Rhonda
