This crumb tray belonged to my grandmother. It is hand-painted/decorated. The brush is made of horse hair. The tray is unmarked. I am not sure how old it is but my guess it that it was made in the 1910-1920's.

The purple is by chance - it's my runner on the coffee table :)
I never thought of it this way. Interesting. I guess many things may have a deeper meaning.
