Another vase of the group of glass bought at auction, I originally thought maybe Fenton, but it is not quite hobnail finish, see photograph! it has a lovely spiky handle in blue, the vase itself is blue with a white cloud look to the inside! Not very good glass terminology, but a description you may recognise! Approx 7" tall with a almost ground out pontil mark. Any help very much appreciated! Thank you!

What is the reasoning for thinking ruckl is behind that catalog page?

The progression of this decor indicates Ruckl. The double cased glass layers do too. Original dated wholesale catalogs are essential research tools in my opinion.
Here is this blue and white decor in 1895 as offered by Hosch.

Imho that is not enough to go on to call this Ruckl. Maybe maybe not. Especially not to call the entire catalog page Ruckl. Wholesalers as a whole got items from many different houses. This could be any number of bohemian houses imho.
Not everyone had access to these colors. What whole catalog page?
pretty sure most of the major producers did have access to baby blue. the sales page on the other link.

Thank you for your complimentary comment Charcoal, as I said, I had no idea as the the age of this basket, so was very pleased that it has great age!!
Love the piece, it is truly classic thorn handle victorian. I have noticed everyone seems to think Bohemian, imho, it is English Victorian, but I am just another glass lover with an opinon. I just note a lot of the Bohemian glass was well marked. English hardly marked their glass.
By the way, Just a novice, Fenton would not have the obvious blown pontil on the bottom. Would be interesting if it glowed under a black light. English used a lot of uranium in their glass again, just my humble opinion. My first test, look at the bottom for construction, look for charcol marks, black light, look for mark...
