Need Help Identifying These Iridescent Small Bowls

    I've had these bowls for several years - picked them up in a box lot auction. They are obviously old and handmade with in inverted pontil. About 4 3/4" in diameter and 1 3/4" tall. Greenish, red, gold iridescence. Initials are etched in the bottom of both. Looks like L ? C. One has a bubble in it as shown. Could they be Steuben or Favrile? Thank you all in advance for your assistance.

      these aren't as old as you might think and they definitely aren't Steuban or Tiffany.

      I am pretty sure the signature is stepanek who is a modern glass maker from the Czech republic.

      These are modern to the last 10 0r 15 years. he does great work though.

      Thank you so much! I was a little doubtful about Steuben - the quality just wasn't there. But, they are pretty!
