A 1998 Jefferson Nickel. Struck off center and has an odd ridge like a dime here and there with a small indent on one side. Just found it in my change on 3-11-13. First one I have ever found of a misprinted coin. Thought I would share it with you all. Still looking in to it.

Off-center ~ a coin struck out of collar and incorrectly centered with part of the design missing. Made when the planchet did not enter the coinage press properly. The ridges on the edge may have been caused by the same press or a later coin counting machine (at the mint or at a bank). With 10-20% off-center and readable date, value about $8-$12 to a collector
