Bought this at Redwood Gospel Thrift Store for $8.00. Needs better frame with matting.It is 13 1/2 inch X 10 1/2 inch. I will study the signature someday as I have so many unknown items at this time. If anyone knows please let me know. No dots as this is vintage! I like it! thanks for looking! Don
