I have no idea what these are. My mother runs the housekeeping department at a hotel in Az. Someone left these in a room and never called back for them. They stayed in the lost and found for 3 years until she finally took them home. They were covered in dried mud and she cleaned them up. There was a 3rd one at one time but she gave it away to a family member.

Are they hollow or solid?
To me they have a Native American look to them. Take some photos to your local museum and see if they can help.
They are both hollow.
