This is a Eagle Cat No 812 Electric Cigar Lighter. It was made by the Eagle Electric Manufacturing Company, founded 1920, and based in Long Island City, New York. They were a maker of electrical devices, switches and circuit units. I purchased this at an Antique Flea Market. It is in mint condition and appears never to be used. You don't see many of these on the internet and I never seen one in an antique store.
