2"x 1-5/8" beautiful agate pin w/sterling frame. The 2nd picture shows a small loop at horizontal top to wear as a pendant, but it hangs better vertically, so I pass a small snake chain thru ....and yes once I put a pencil eraser on the end of it so it wouldn't stab my neck. No one even noticed. This is a beautiful item that looks best worn against the skin. It's fragile - not sure how old it is - setting looks Mid-century modern. The agate also has crystal formations. Whoever made this loved the stone. I usually wear it on my 1960's chevron mohair cardigan or a jean jacket.

If you enjoy fashion this is a GREAT documentary about designer Valentino Garavani- but I am really named on CW for my sweet little Valentino bird (1997-06) who was named after all the great Vals: Rudolph.
