Hello! Sunny days and people are donating like crazy to the 5 thrift stores by my home! Got this Cowan Mahogany chair for $25.00 with 1925 National Geographic ad saying a chair like it (but not rocker) cost $31.50 in 1925! I bought it immediately, great condition! Ad says you could pay $4.00 month or 10% off for cash! back of ad is great! Winter in Phoenix!! only 60 hours from Chicago and 20 hrs. more from New York!
