The bell shapes can vary in shape and size slightly due to how much air was blown into them. The second picture shows the this well. The shape comes in cobalt and black handles and is signed with the script "czechoslovakia". The yellow one is a bright lemon yellow as opposed the the orange yellow you usually see.
The green shape variation has a slightly taller neck and may have been a special order, I suspect they will only be seen in the green and orange with cobalt handles.
