    Presumably these photos are by the Fort George Wright soldiers in Hawaii on the trip to The Far East.

    Photo one shows a steam engine working in the sugar fields. Next we see a soldier and tent on a beach...Could this be r&r or practice for things to come? What looks like a Japanese property in Hawaii is next, and Native Hawaiian dancers finish out the group.

      Fantastic pics...do you have more of them, reason being I was born and raised in Hawaii on the Island of Kauai. I would love to see more pics of old Hawaii if you have anymore.. Much Aloha

      Aloha, hulalady56! Thanks for interest in these old Hawaiian photos. I will look closer into that packet of photos, but I think that the 8 or so photos that I've posted are the ones in the best condition. Keep a watch on my postings, as if I find more, I'll post them for you!
