The "Chicago palm pistol". Last month, I was trying to find info on how the rds. loaded in the cyl. & couldn't find any explaination O/L. Could you please give a brief description? The rds. are loaded with the rims on the outside of the cyl.?

Forgot to mention, nice touch with the first photo.

    blunderbuss2,
Sorry for the delay, I had a haircut appointment. I replaced the fourth photo so you could see how it is loaded by removing the cylinder, by depressing the leaver under the barrel, and loading from the center. The rims are on the inside of the cylinder. The leaver under the cylinder is also the safety. It has to be depressed while pushing the trigger with the palm of your hand. The cylinder rotates each time your palm depresses the palm trigger.
Hope this helps. Thanks for your appreciation and interest.

    AmberRose,
The Gambler, great song and movie. I couldn't let Kerry out do me on his music posting, although the Buck Owens watch is pretty awesome. Thanks for the appreciation.

Thanks pw. I had wondered if it worked that way but figured there wasn't enough space to insert rds.. Those are tiny things or "cute". OK, now my mystery is solved. Well, you don't have to worry about recoil but if you ever shot somebody with it & anybody told them, they might get pissed.

Blunderbuss2, you are right. The damage would be retry minimal, and hope you have a bigger back-up if he's a big guy.

    Ken,
I got this in an estate sale many years ago. Been so long I can't remember.
I needed something to dress-up my run-of-the-mill pocket watch posting.

    Ken,
In 1990 when the movie Marked for Death, staring Steven Seagal came out, the interest and value of these really shot up. In the movie he takes one of these palm pistols out of a wall mounted gun display case and started making adjustment to it. A few seconds of seeing it in the movie and everyone needed to have one.

pw, we have known each other for awhile so there is no reason to be formal. You can call me BB2, Honky, or Bum'ble clot. I also respond to "Hey you", "Freeze", "Hands up" etc. By the way, your lay-out for the 1st pic. is 1st rate. Need to inform enthusiastic respondents that ammo is no longer available.

    BB2,
Thanks for the compliments on the intro-photo. I was trying to figure out how to make my pocket watch post have a little class.

Dave, I'm afraid you out-classed your watch(or whatever it was)LOL. Don't you know by now that guns draw immediate response? I'll go back & look at the watch now.
    Hey, nice watch.
